At Starzs, we prioritize human capacity development through various schemes the most renowned being the Cadetship Scheme. This scheme offers opportunities to cadets from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron, as well as students studying maritime disciplines from other universities, both locally and internationally. With a track record of nurturing talent, our scheme has supported over 40 cadets, providing scholarships and employment opportunities to those demonstrating exceptional performance.
Many of our current officers, including two female officers, have transitioned from cadetship to officer level within our organization. We remain committed to tracking their career progression, ensuring they reach their full potential in their maritime careers.
